Customers can bring their computer in for advice and help or call us for initial advice.
There is no charge for an engineer advising on the work that needs to be carried out.
Customers are contacted by telephone and given updates as work progresses and diagnostics are made. Because the computers are repaired in the large custom built, state-of-the-art workshops on Victoria Road, there are no costly carriage fees or long weeks of waiting for the computer to be returned.
Customers will be advised of approximate turn-around times for the work to be completed and contacted as soon as their equipment is ready for collection.
Founded in 1999, 121 Computers started as a small call-out service for business and private customers. It quickly expanded to offer equipment supply and computer repair services.
The current location on Victoria Road in Diss was purchased and a new custom store was built in 2007. 121 Computers Services Ltd has since been providing quality service while keeping up with the ever-advancing technology. Next year marks our 20th year in business.
Since 1999, Mary has expanded 121 Computer Services from a local call-out service to a family-run retail store and repair center with a wide product range and great customer service.
